Organized under the inspiring theme “Mission – Our IRIA: Learning is Lifelong”, the course will be conducted in the beautiful city of Udaipur, Rajasthan, at Hotel Golden Tulip through two comprehensive modules scheduled from 25–27 September 2026 and 27–29 November 2026. ICRI–IRIA Resident Education Program (IREP) 2026
The Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA) in collaboration with the Indian College of Radiology and Imaging (ICRI) and the IRIA Rajasthan Chapter is delighted to announce the ICRI–IRIA Resident Education Program (IREP) 2026, a comprehensive two-day academic programme scheduled for 25th and 26th July 2026. The event will be organized in association with Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center Rajsamand and hosted by the Department of Radiodiagnosis at the institute. Guided by the inspiring theme “Mission – Our IRIA: Learning is Lifelong”, the programme aims to strengthen academic excellence while preparing postgraduate residents for clinical practice and professional examinations.
IRIA – ICRI OUTREACH PROGRAMME – BODY IMAGING
The IRIA Rajasthan State Chapter in association with ICRI is pleased to announce its upcoming Outreach Programme dedicated to the theme Body Imaging. The programme will be held on Saturday 11th July 2026 at the Auditorium of J Watumull Global Hospital and Research Centre Mount Abu District Sirohi Rajasthan. This academic initiative has been thoughtfully designed to bring together radiologists imaging specialists and healthcare professionals for an enriching evening of scientific learning professional interaction and knowledge exchange. Registration for the programme is completely free although prior registration is mandatory for participation.

The IRIA Rajasthan State Chapter Concepts In Radiodiagnosis, Conference was successfully organized on Sunday 14th June 2026 from 09:00 AM to 04:45 PM at the prestigious Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur. The conference brought together eminent radiologists, medical professionals, academicians and postgraduate students on a common platform to discuss the latest advancements and evolving concepts in the field of Radiodiagnosis.







The scientific programme was designed with the objective of enhancing clinical knowledge and providing valuable insights into contemporary imaging practices. The conference featured an impressive blend of didactic lectures, expert panel discussions, interactive quiz sessions and presentations by renowned national faculty who shared their expertise and experience in various domains of diagnostic imaging.
The event focused on strengthening the understanding of core concepts in Radiodiagnosis while highlighting recent developments in imaging technology, interpretation techniques and clinical applications. SHAKTI – The Women’s Wing of IRIA presents PRE ECLAMPSIA IMAGING WEBINAR
The Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA), Rajasthan Chapter – Shakti Women’s Wing is organizing an academic webinar on the important topic “Pre-Eclampsia Imaging” with the aim of promoting knowledge exchange and professional learning among radiologists and healthcare professionals. The program focuses on the evolving role of imaging techniques in the diagnosis, risk assessment and management of pregnancy-related complications.


Pre-eclampsia is a significant maternal health concern that requires early identification and appropriate monitoring. Through this webinar, IRIA Rajasthan State Chapter aims to create awareness about the importance of timely imaging evaluation and the contribution of radiology in improving maternal and fetal outcomes.
The scientific session will emphasize the importance of ultrasound screening in the first trimester for identifying patients at risk of developing pre-eclampsia. Early imaging assessment plays an important role in providing valuable information for better clinical decision-making and appropriate pregnancy management.
The webinar will also highlight the role of uterine artery Doppler studies during the second and third trimester for risk stratification and monitoring of fetal growth restriction. These advanced imaging techniques help clinicians assess placental function and fetal well-being during pregnancy.

CME on “Head to Toe MRI – A Complete Diagnostic Journey”
The Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA) Rajasthan State Chapter successfully organized an Outreach Programme CME on the topic “Head to Toe MRI – A Complete Diagnostic Journey” on Sunday, 24th May 2026 at the Council Hall, Dr S N Medical College, Jodhpur.




The scientific programme was conducted from 03:00 PM to 08:00 PM and witnessed participation from eminent radiologists, medical professionals and imaging specialists from across Rajasthan. The CME was designed with the objective of enhancing knowledge and understanding of advanced MRI techniques and their role in comprehensive patient diagnosis.
The theme “Head to Toe MRI – A Complete Diagnostic Journey” highlighted the importance of MRI as a powerful non-invasive diagnostic modality covering a wide spectrum of clinical applications from neurological imaging to musculoskeletal, abdominal, pelvic and whole-body assessments. The programme focused on recent advancements in MRI technology, improved imaging protocols and interpretation skills required for accurate diagnosis.
The scientific sessions were delivered by experienced faculty members who shared their expertise on various aspects of MRI including evolving techniques, clinical approaches and practical case-based learning. The discussions provided valuable insights into the selection of appropriate MRI protocols and the interpretation of complex imaging findings.
The CME also served as an excellent platform for interaction among radiologists and healthcare professionals. Participants actively engaged in discussions and exchanged their experiences regarding challenges faced in day-to-day imaging practices.

IRIA – ICRI Outreach Programme, Ajmer on Body Imaging



The Indian Radiological and Imaging Association (IRIA), in collaboration with Indian College of Radiology and Imaging, organized an Outreach Programme on the theme “Body Imaging” on 22nd February 2026 at Ajmer.
This program was aimed at enhancing the knowledge and practical skills of radiologists and imaging professionals in the field of body imaging. It included expert-led lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions, focusing on recent advances and modern imaging techniques.
The outreach initiative provided a valuable platform for academic exchange, skill development, and professional interaction, particularly benefiting young radiologists and residents. It also reflected IRIA and ICRI’s commitment to continuous medical education, dissemination of updated radiological practices, and improvement of healthcare standards in regional areas.

Glimpses of 32nd Annual Conference of the Rajasthan State Chapter of IRIA




























The 32nd Annual Conference of the Rajasthan State Chapter of the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association was successfully held on 20 and 21 December 2025 at the majestic Labh Garh Palace Resort located on Nathdwara Road in Udaipur Rajasthan India. The conference brought together radiologists educators and imaging professionals from across the state and beyond for two days of academic excellence professional interaction and collaborative learning. Set against the serene backdrop of the Aravalli hills the venue provided an ideal environment for intellectual exchange and meaningful discussions.
The central theme of the conference was “Changing Trends in Radiology Practices & Education” which reflected the rapidly evolving landscape of radiology driven by technological advancements artificial intelligence and changing educational methodologies. The theme resonated strongly with the participants as it addressed both clinical practice and academic training which are crucial for the future of the specialty. The sessions were thoughtfully designed to bridge the gap between traditional radiology practices and emerging innovations while emphasizing the importance of continuous learning.
The conference was organized under the able leadership of Dr Anand Gupta who served as the Organizing Chairman. His vision dedication and meticulous planning played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the event. The role of Organizing Secretary was efficiently carried out by Dr Rambir Singh Andana whose tireless efforts and coordination contributed significantly to the success of the conference. Together they led a committed organizing team that worked diligently to deliver a high quality academic program and a memorable experience for all attendees.
The Rajasthan State Chapter of IRIA was represented by its office bearers who provided strong guidance and support throughout the event. Dr Paresh Sukhani the President of IRIA Rajasthan State Chapter offered valuable leadership and encouragement to the organizing team. His address highlighted the importance of adapting to changing trends in radiology while upholding ethical standards and professional integrity. Dr Kushal Baboo Gehlot the Secretary of IRIA Rajasthan State Chapter played a key role in coordination and administration ensuring seamless communication and execution of various activities during the conference.
The scientific program featured a wide range of academic sessions including keynote lectures panel discussions and interactive case based presentations. Eminent faculty members shared their expertise on advanced imaging techniques emerging subspecialties and the integration of artificial intelligence in radiology practice. Special emphasis was laid on evolving educational strategies residency training and the role of digital platforms in medical education. The IRIA Rajasthan State Chapter has had a highly active and productive year marked by continuous academic engagement professional development and strong collegial bonding among radiologists across the state. Throughout the year the chapter organized and supported a wide range of educational programs including conferences CMEs workshops outreach activities and focused academic sessions aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills in diagnostic imaging.
Regular academic initiatives addressed emerging trends in radiology evolving technologies and best practices in patient care while also emphasizing the importance of structured education for residents and young radiologists.
